When you pre-order supplies we'll hold them for you. If your plans change, let us know early so we can release stock for other chicken keepers. We may release reserved items if you don't collect without letting us know.
Our chicken feed, bedding, coop accessories and other products are priced fairly based on current costs and availability. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll suggest the best natural alternative to keep your flock healthy.
For custom hen house builds or tailored flock packages, we ask for several days' notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you as flexibly as we can.

We take great care sourcing quality products and keeping our site accurate and up to date. We can't guarantee the website will be error-free or always available, but if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
